We resolved the issue of slow performance in the design software by working closely with the client’s software provider. However, we handled all communication and coordination ourselves, so the client wasn’t burdened by the process.

Based on a free IT audit, we prepared an in-depth analysis of the client’s IT environment spanning dozens of pages. We identified critical points in the infrastructure, prioritized from 1 to 3, and proposed specific improvements.

The implementation was not easy, but it was completed according to the planned schedule. The full description can be found in our solution book—here, we highlight only the technological innovations of the solution.

Coming up with a solution for our client was not easy. We had to consider many different factors and variables. Just when we thought we had the final concept ready, something new emerged and we had to re-evaluate the entire approach.

The client changed their perspective on IT security and access policy management after our intervention. In addition to physical security, they began to recognize the importance of digital security and appreciated the new opportunities for teamwork and communication, which now take place in a controlled and secure manner.

We often carry out implementations over the weekend. Sometimes they are more demanding and take longer than expected — and after an intense weekend, we finish on Monday at 7:50 a.m., closing our laptops and getting ready to leave just as the first employees start arriving.
