The client is a trade union organization. It has branches all over Slovakia.
Customer Needs/Requirements
- Ensuring the modernization of audiovisual, presentation and conference technology at the headquarters and branches throughout Slovakia.
- Delivery and installation of new projectors, projection screens, televisions, microphones, cameras, speakers, amplifiers, mixing consoles, and computers, where it was necessary to manage the pulling of HDMI, data, sound and other cables, mounting devices on brackets and commissioning the client’s conference software.

Implementation
The implementation was not simple, but it proceeded more or less according to the set schedule. Its full wording is given in our solution book and here we have only listed the technological features of the solution.
Solution Features
- Software transformation of IP cameras into USB cameras – streaming IP cameras to MS Teams.
- Distribution of independent image from one computer to five display devices.
- Control of audiovisual technology from two places in the lecture room.
- Custom design table with the possibility of placing devices as in a data distributor.
- Integration of solutions from multiple areas (server, network, streaming, audiovisual).
- Central management of internet connection through one point for all branches and its prioritization for services (e.g., conference streaming) (MPLS).
Finalization Work
As part of the finalization work, we conducted online conference testing from all implemented branches, trained staff on working with hardware and software, and handed over a detailed manual of conference technology. After the project was completed, we also started providing support for conference technology as part of the computer network management services.
