IT analysis

Why do we need to carry out an IT analysis?

To determine the current state of your IT, it’s not enough to know the number of computers and software names. We need to truly understand how your company operates (within IT and beyond), what it needs, and where it’s headed.

Future IT setup is based on two key factors we assess:

  • Current state of IT

  • Company strategy

What will happen during the IT analysis?

We will go through your computer network, look at endpoint devices (computers/laptops), talk to your employees and to you, find out what software you use, how you work, and how things are set up in your company.

How long does the IT analysis take?

The duration depends on the size of the company – typically around one hour, but it can be longer.

What will be the outcome of the IT analysis?

We will prepare a detailed report on your IT setup, pointing out strengths but mainly focusing on weaknesses for which we’ll immediately suggest solutions. The report and audit also include a budget estimate.

Why is the IT analysis FREE?

Our work is built on mutual trust because IT management involves your data, systems, and technologies your business depends on.

This is highly sensitive and valuable, and it would be irresponsible to entrust it to an incompetent company without experience.

That’s why we offer our approach, analysis, and communication to show you we work professionally and can help you make your IT more efficient, cut costs, and bring added value.

P.S.: Even a trial employee gets proper onboarding – and so do we.
